We have been rated “very good” as an employer and awarded the TOP Employer seal by the German Institute for Quality Standards and Testing (DIQP).

The basis for the certification was an independent and representative employee survey and an HR interview. In the survey, employees were able to indicate, among other things, whether they would recommend their employer to others. Additional services provided by the employer as well as further development opportunities within the company and benefits were also used as evaluation criteria.

“Taking part in the anonymous and independent survey was particularly important to us, as we value our employees highly and wanted to gain an insight into how we operate as an employer. We are naturally delighted with the rating. Our employees do a great job every day and we want to help them feel valued and comfortable with us,” says Christina Neubauer, Head of Human Resources at the Masterflex Group.

The seal is valid for two years.

Innovation processes are an integral part of our company philosophy – we have now been recognized as one of the most innovative SMEs in Germany in the TOP 100 innovation competition.

Top 100 is about the question of how important the goal of innovation is in the company. Do routines and habits dominate or is the company able to question the status quo, think creatively and in new ways and successfully assert itself on the market?

We were able to convince the jury with our innovative qualities again this year (and already for the 4th time).
